Signature Offerings

  • This two-day in-person retreat focuses on improving participants' baseline of self-awareness and self-regulation in the service of increasing interpersonal effectiveness for improved results. Surveys and assessments generate real-time feedback for participants.

  • For small groups of 12-15 participants, these year-long programs consist of a two-day in-person Kick Off retreat, three half-day remote workshops and a Closing two-day in-person session. Topics and content will vary depending on particular needs of participants.

  • Typically 2hrs in length, these immersive sessions are delivered remotely for all staff, featuring leadership topics that resonate at all levels.

  • Multi-day large in-person sessions for up to 200 people designed to maximize connection and engagement around learning topics that are relevant for the current demands of the firm.

  • Invite-only retreats focused on new concepts in Leadership and Personal Mastery. These are in-person, multi-day retreats for small groups of invited leaders with previous experience in ALG sessions.
