Consulting
As subject-matter experts in leadership development, leadership succession and strategic culture change processes, we are trusted advisors to our clients. Working one-on-one with executives or with entire leadership teams, we help senior officers navigate in times of transition and the day-to-day.
Coaching
Through focused conversations with an ALG coach we help leaders get unstuck and regain their personal insight to make sustained behavioral changes in life and work. We guide you get out of your own way, generating master strategies and day-to-day tactics to achieve your desired results.
Facilitation
Engaging facilitation is an art we continuously evolve and refine. We have facilitated small to large group decision-making, tough conversations, and interpersonal alignment between team members, both in-person and online. ALG’s masterful, disarming approach transforms meetings into experiences with deeper insight and more meaningful outcomes.
Learning
ALG delivers a variety of in-firm workshops as well as occasional public events. We are known for both remote and in-person delivery of executive development programs, multi-session ‘emerging leadership’ accelerators, and all staff lunch-and-learns. Need your skills upgraded?
